Coven Plus One
In a small clearing, hidden by the shady depths of an enchanted forest, a ginger tabby cat sits and waits. In the dark of night, only the gnarled outlines of trees can be seen by the cold blue light of the moon. As the curious cat looks around with wide-eyed wonder, the clearing begins to glow. In the now illuminated meadow, the cat's bright green eyes peek out from underneath a tall blue witch's hat that tilts haphazardly on her head. The crinkled spire threatens to buckle but is held in place by a wide red hatband. Fanning out from the cat's cheeks, a thick crop of whiskers gauge the energy building up in the air. The source of the soft green light becomes clear as a coven of thirteen sprites gather around to bid her welcome.
