Production Time and Shipping Costs
In-Stock Items
If your items are in stock then we'll ship them as quickly as possible, usually within two business days. If your order includes both in-stock and special-order items then the entire order will ship when the special-order items are ready. In some cases we may offer split shipments.
The following item types have been pre-printed and have no additional production time:
- Canvas Prints
- Matted Paper Prints
- Metal Bookmarks
- Puzzles
- Poster Prints
Special Order Production Time
For any items marked as special order, the following production times apply:
- Special Order Giclée Canvas : 15 Business Days
- Special Order Paper Prints : Up to 5 Business Days
- Special Order Metal Prints : Up to 5 Business Days
- Special Order Puzzles : Up to 5 Business Days
- Fleece Blankets : Average Production Time of 4 Days
- T-Shirts : Average Production Time of 4 Days
This is the time for production before shipping. Shipping days are in addition and are determined by the carrier.
Shipping Options
Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are based on package weight. Use the shipping rate calculator in your shopping cart to see the cost of shipping before checkout.
Local Pickup is FREE!
We are offering Local Pickup in Chandler AZ on a trial basis. Since we don't have a brick-and-mortar store, we'll arrange a public meetup with you in west Chandler during daylight hours. To try it out, just select Store Pickup during checkout. Orders that include blankets or t-shirts don't qualify, so if you want to use Local Pickup, create a separate order for those items.
Return / Exchange Policy
All sales are final. However, we will replace an item if it is defective or not as described. To initiate an exchange, send an email to vanAnnies@gmail.com and include a photo that clearly shows the problem.
