Return Policy


The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Customized items 
- Special orders 
- Sale items 
- Apparel of any kind 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable products

For all other goods you may return an item within 28 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We replace items only if they are defective, not as described, or damaged. To initiate an exchange, send us an email at and include a photo of the defect or damage.
