Production Time and Shipping Costs

In-Stock Items 

If your items are in stock then we'll ship them as quickly as possible, usually within two business days.  If your order includes both in-stock and special-order items then the entire order will ship when the special-order items are ready. 

The following item types have been pre-printed and have no additional production time: 

• In Stock Canvas
• In Stock Matted Paper
• In Stock Art Cards 
• Glossy Prints / Posters 
• All Accessories 

Production Time

 For any items marked as special order, the following production times apply:

• Special Order Giclée Canvas : 15 Business Days
• Special Order Matted Paper Prints : 5 Business Days
• Special Order Art Cards : 5 Business Days

This is the time for production before shipping. Shipping days are in addition and are determined by the carrier. 

Shipping Options 

Shipping costs are based on package weight. Use the shipping rate calculator in your shopping cart to see the cost of shipping before checkout.

Most packages ship via USPS, but for larger packages we may substitute FedEx Ground or UPS Ground at our discretion. All packages ship from Tempe Arizona USA. 

Local Delivery 

We now also offer local delivery for many orders in the Tempe area.  If your order qualifies then you will be able to choose Local Delivery during checkout. 

Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  However, we will replace an item if it is defective or not as described. To initiate an exchange, send an email to Chaos@vanAnnies.com and include a photo that illustrates the problem.
